First of all open Google Play Store in your mobile. Search by typing Ayushman App in Google Play Store. This app will come on the first number and you have to download it by clicking on it.

Ayushman Card Kaise Banaye Step by Step Process. First of all, open the Ayushman app in your mobile phone. After which you have to click on the Login button given below.

Now you have to select the Beneficiary and enter your mobile number and click on Verify.

After which an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, verify that OTP, enter the captcha code below and click on Login. First of all you have to select your state. After this, PMJAY has to be selected in this scheme. Now click on Search By and select Aadhaar number. Now you have to select your district and enter your Aadhaar number below and click on search.

After which your name will appear in front of you, here you have to click on Identified. Now you have to select Aadhaar OTP, your Aadhaar number will come, you just have to click on Verify. Now you have to give consent and click on the Allow button. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhar card. You have to verify that OTP.

After which you have to complete e-KYC for which you have to click on the Aadhaar OTP. Now you have to click on the Verify button, again an OTP will be sent to the mobile number which will be linked with the Aadhar card, you have to verify it. After which you have to click a live photo of yourself and come down and enter additional information. After everything is done, you have to click on the Submit button. Now your Ayushman card will be created and ready to download.
