BOB LBO Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the BOB LBO Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Education Qualification
- A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an officer in a scheduled commercial bank, Regional Rural Bank (RRB), or similar financial institution.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-servicemen: As per government rules
BOB LBO Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for the BOB LBO Recruitment 2025:

- Find the Notification: Look for “Recruitment of Local Bank Officer (LBO) on Regular Basis Advt. No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2025/05” and click “Apply Now.”

BOB LBO Selection Process
The selection process for BOB LBO Recruitment 2025 consists of three stages:
Online Test:
- Duration: 2 hours
- Format: 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 150 marks
Sections:
- English Language
- Banking Knowledge
- General/Economic Awareness
- Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer
- The online test is expected to be conducted in August 2025 (exact date to be announced).
Psychometric Test:
- Assesses candidates’ behavioral and personality traits to ensure suitability for banking roles.
Group Discussion and/or Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates from the online test and psychometric test will be called for a Group Discussion and/or Interview, likely in September 2025.
- Final selection is based on performance in all stages.
