How to download Ayushman card online?
Step 1 : First you have to go to this website https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/mobileverify to download Ayushman Card
Step 2: There you have to click on the three lines above in the menu bar and below you will get the option of Download Ayushman Card and you have to click on it.
Step 3: After that select Aadhaar and select PMJAY in Scheme and select your state i.e. Gujarat and enter your Aadhaar card number. After that, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number which is linked with your Aadhaar card, it has to be entered in ENTER OTP here. And click on Verify button.
Step 4: After that a new page will open and there you will see your name and when the Ayushman card was created and under which scheme you will be able to download your Ayushman card by clicking on Download Card. By doing this you can download the Ayushman card of your family members sitting at home
Step 5: After that you will download your Ayushman card in pdf. Which is given below, we have put the below photo only for your information.
