PMAY List 2021/22 : How to Check PMAY Urban List 2021 Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana New List 2021 Rural+Urban
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is a government initiative that intends to provide affordable housing to the urban and rural poor in India. Eligible beneficiaries will be provided a subsidy on home loan interest rates, making it more affordable to own homes. Since Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) caters to individuals both from the urban and rural areas in the country, the authority releases a separate Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list for either categories in 2021/22.
The PMAY list 2021 has already been published on the official website of PMAY. It contains the name of the applicants selected under the 2020-21 year. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is comprised of two components, i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY - U) and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural or Gramin (PMAY R/G). Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list, there are two different segments for the two components.
Pradhan mantri Awas Yojna PMAY Subsidy
Besides the list of accepted applications, a PMAY list for beneficiaries is also important. The list shows who all can be considered as beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The list of beneficiaries, along with the income groups, is given below.
- Individuals from scheduled castes and scheduled tribes
- Women (regardless of caste)
- Families belonging to the Economically Weaker Section or EWS (income up to Rs. 3 lakh)
- Families belonging to Low Income Group or LIG (income up to Rs. 6 lakh)
- Families belonging to the Middle-Income Group or MIG l and ll (for MIG l income up to Rs. 12 lakh and For MIG ll, up to Rs. 18 lakh).
How To Check Your Name In PMAY List?
- You can check your name in the PMAY list via the official website. To view the PMAY Urban list, follow the steps mentioned below.
- Go to the official website.
- Click on ‘Search Beneficiary’ and select ‘Search by name’.
- Enter the full name or the first three letters of the name to access the list.
You can check the PMAY Rural list in the following steps.
- Go to the official website.
- Click on ‘Stakeholder’ and then select ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’.
- Enter the registration number and click on ‘Search’.
- Click on ‘Advanced Search’ in order to view the list without using registration number.
- On the new page, fill-up the form and click on ‘Search.

How To Check Name In PMAY List?
As stated earlier, the PMAY list contains two segments for its two components, i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Rural or Gramin. Both the segments can be accessed via the official website of PMAY, although applicants are required to follow different steps for checking two segments of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list.

- To check the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list, follow the below-mentioned steps.
- Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
- On the menu bar, click on the ‘Search Beneficiary’ tab.
- After clicking the said tab, a drop-down menu appears.
- Select the ‘Search by name’ option from the drop-down menu.
- Type the name and click on ‘Search.’
- After clicking on ‘Search’, applicants will get access to the PMAY -Urban list. On the list, applicants can check the selected names along with other details.

Applicants can access the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list for the Rural segment in the following two ways.
- With registration number
- Without registration number.
- For both processes, the applicants are required to follow the steps mentioned below.
- Go to the official website of PMAY Gramin.
- Click on the ‘Stakeholder’ option on the menu bar.
- A drop-down menu appears after clicking on the said option.
- Select the ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ option from the drop-down menu.

- Click on ‘Select Beneficiary’ and select ‘Search by Name’ from the drop-down menu
- Enter your Aadhaar number
- If your Aadhaar number is present in the database then you will find beneficiaries detail.

How to Check PMAY Gramin (Rural) List 2021
- Enter your Registration Number and click on ‘Submit’
- If the entered registration number is present in the beneficiary database, your details will show up

- You will be rerouted to a page where you will be required to enter details such as your name, BPL number, Sanction Order, etc., in the form for an advanced search
